CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Policy Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service total as a fee for the inconvenience. Late Policy: There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late: • You may be charged half of service price and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. • If I’m still able to accommodate you, an additional late fee will apply.
